If a member is being denied entry at your facility, their Pop-up will show in red and any door associated with this reader will not unlock. How to assign a key fob to a member

For members to check in, or enter your facility using a key tag, or swipe card, they have to have one associated with them. This is the Key Fob field of the member's Details tab. How to use Bluetooth Check-in

Members that have the GymMaster Member app installed can use their mobile phone to check in at your facility's doors, instead of a key fob. Visitors list shows the incorrect time

The Visitors sections shows a history of every check-in that has happened at your facility, ordered by the most recent. Each row will show the member, time of check in, and the status of that check in.
