Visitors list shows the incorrect time

The Visitors sections shows a history of every check-in that has happened at your facility, ordered by the most recent. Each row will show the member, time of check in, and the status of that check in.
 

The time of check in is influenced by the time zones set on:

  • your Database
  • your Gatekeeper unit, if you have hardware
     

 


If the time is showing wrong, usually indicated by a negative minutes ago value, then this likely means that one of the time-zones is incorrect.

To resolve this, first verify that your database timezone is set up correctly:
Settings > Club Details > Common Details > Time Zone


If your database timezone is correct then contact GymMaster Support and ask to have your Gatekeeper's timezone updated. Be sure to mention which door the check in was on if you have more than one Gatekeeper.
