Customising your reports

To meet the different reporting requirements of facilities, GymMaster's reporting system has been designed to be highly customisable. Given any base report, you are able to add or remove columns as you see necessary. Take for example the Current Members report, the foundation of this report is members. Filtering your reports

To find a subset of data out of one of your reports you can add filters to any of the fields of that report. As an example of a subset of members, lets say we want to pull a report only for members that were born after the 31st of December 1999. There's data missing from my report

The first thing to check when your report shows no data, or if records are missing from your report is whether or not that report is being filtered. Sometimes a filter added by yourself or a colleague might not have been removed after an earlier session. You can tell if a report is being filtered by the (Report Filtered) label next to the report's name. Try removing any filters by clicking [Edit Report] instead of [Show Report] on the previous page. Member count fluctuations

It can be hard to reconcile Current Member counts against Cancellations or New Memberships as generally these are not actioned instantly. There are often differences between joining dates, starting dates, cancellation dates and termination dates. The Silver Sneakers program is a United States initiative, encouraging physical activity from older adults to better maintain their health. Fitness Passport is a corporate health and fitness program that allows its members to access a wide range of their local health and fitness suppliers.
