Contacting all of your members

In GymMaster, bulk communication is handled via the reporting system. For any group of members you can generate a report for you can also choose to send an email, SMS or notification to. Personalising communication: Using template fields

Templates can be set up with dynamic fields, fields that relate specifically to the member receiving the communication. For example, you could add the member's name, the membership they're on, how much they owe, almost any information that is linked to that member can be used to personalise your communication with them. Checking Email Status (Bounced, Opened)

Member Email Status GymMaster tracks the delivery status of emails sent to your members. This is displayed in the communications tab of each member for the individual emails sent. Reports are also provided for tracking the delivery status of bulk emails, and these reports provide delivery statistics.
